Kjøkken delivered a new build four storey office building within the once industrial section of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, purposed for both a design office and for with additional floors made available for co-working space for creative businesses.

The building sits between existing apartment buildings (also previously designed by Kjøkken) and one of the few remaining industrial building in this part of the Quarter, and with its tall facade of glass and baffle shutter ventilation doors, it stands out as one of the few pieces of contemporary design within an area dominated by a heritage aesthetic.
